Ampito simplify and streamline the adoption of cloud services, through innovation & thought-leadership. Our approach is collaborative. We will jointly plan and flex a Transition Plan and approach to migrations in order to continually prioritise end user key strategic goals. Our Migration team or architects , engineers and project managers, will be on hand to provide advice, support and guidance as requested by the end user client.

Whilst large, wholesale transitions programs are something we have experience off in practice, our recommendation is typically a phased, low risk approach. We expect to see individual groups of applications move across in a well-considered and gradual transition. Gated acceptance testing at key junctures is an integral element of the process and conducted in partnership with the end user teams. Regression would be pre-planned to effect a fast restoration to the source state back into the existing on premise architecture and legacy infrastructure

Ampito utilises Quality Assurance methodology throughout a projects lifecycle. Our Quality Manual outlines all of governance of processes and is equivalent of ISO9001 standard.

Ampito underwrites our Quality Criteria to clients and our confidence in our services comes from regular benchmarking against industry best practice and adherence to standards from bodies such as the BCS and working operating standards such and ITIL. Our internal Quality and Governance processes for sign-off of client output ensures we mitigate against single points of risk and ensure output is of the highest standard.

Support levels
As part of our proposed service the customer will have access to the 24x7 Service Desk team based in our Network Operating Centre. This team provide 1st and 2nd line troubleshooting and diagnostics support as well as first class customer service and ticket management. Utilising tools and resources available to them, they will ensure that the facts and information concerning the issue are communicated and escalated to the appropriate resource via the correct and most appropriate communication method and within the agreed specified SLA timeframes.
