- The Windows or Linux virtual guests must be supported by the current VMware environment implemented by Digital Space. The AIX, IBM i or RHEL LPARs must be supported by the current IBM Power platform implemented by Digital Space. We will confirm the current supported levels with you at both service inception and throughout as operating systems may require upgrades.

We provide 3 levels of support:
1. Infrastructure only – Support of the infrastructure but not including the workloads hosted on the infrastructure
2. Infrastructure & Operating System – Support of the infrastructure and workloads that are hosted on the infrastructure
3. Advanced (includes special security and more integrated working with your team)
24/7 Critical Incident Cover as an add-on to any of the above levels.
Service level costs increase as the level increases due to additional value-add services. For example, Service Reviews are more frequent the higher the service level.
