How the planning service works
It is unclear if Microsoft 365 is cloud software. However we would provide advice on how to organise Microsoft Word (including the full cloud version) and how to optimise security including redaction in Microsoft Word (as opposed to a PDF file). It is based on an initial business analysis looking at the existing organisation of the software and the detailed requirements of the client.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works

How the support service works
We ask clients to buy a block of hours in advance that we can draw down against when requests come in. This tends to be for smaller requests. For a clearly defined task that lasts more than a day, we will give a brief estimate of the expected time.
We also provide hypercare. This is where we are available to review a critical document immediately before publication. Typically this is where there is a complex document and there is a hard deadline. We look to clean up errors in the styles, numbering, and cross references. It is particularly relevant when chapters have been written as separate documents and then combined in a final report. We can work on the document at our offices or work online together with the client. For particularly sensitive documents we could come in person to the client's office.
