Page Consulting provides comprehensive services for the set-up and migration of cloud applications and platforms. In addition to this, we provide a full roadmap to support the transition from legacy systems to cloud hosting or cloud software.
Page Consulting understands the need to migrate with minimal disruption and provide, where possible, fully operational services. We therefore reduce the risk of outage and data loss through structured planning, testing and execution methodology.
Spending the time to support and embed user adoption during the early phase, ensures greater long-term user adoption for new ways of working. We therefore ensure that organisational culture is structured to allow for successful outcomes. New ways of working can take time to embed into a team or practise, therefore our lessons from previous programmes of work can be shared, combined with our transformational change experience to deliver successful outcomes.

Fighting climate change
PageGroup, who Page Consulting is part of, started 2021 with our acceptance on to the UN Global Compact and made excellent progress towards our 2026 goal of becoming carbon positive.
At PageGroup, we are reducing our carbon footprint by increasing our efficiency, transitioning to and purchasing renewable energy, and making smart choices in how we travel. To compensate for emissions we can’t yet avoid, we have decided to offset 100% of our reported emissions by supporting carbon offsetting projects.
Our work with Natural Capital Partners (NCP) supports a range of certified, audited projects around the world that absorb or avoid greenhouse gases being emitted. All of their projects are independently verified to assure emission reductions are occurring. This ensures the highest environmental integrity in our commitment to have an immediate, positive impact on the climate and ensure we are carbon neutral for 2020 and 2021 respectively.
Globally, our employees voted on which carbon offsetting projects they wanted to support. The selection of these projects connects our people to their vision to combat climate change. Our employees opted to support forest conservation and afforestation projects in the Amazon Rainforest and China. The Amazonian Rainforest conservation aims to prevent deforestation through engagement with local communities. With the support of carbon finance providing alternative models of economic development, the avoided deforestation delivers approximately 360,000 tonnes of emission reductions each year. The Chinese Afforestation project will plant native trees across more than 30,000 hectares of degraded land, permanently removing the carbon from the atmosphere, thus is counted by NCP as carbon removal.
PageGroup have also opted to support a further carbon offsetting project focused on restoring over 160,000 hectares of degraded grasslands. As the grasslands are restored and the soil’s organic carbon increases, carbon will be removed from the atmosphere. - Equal opportunity

Equal opportunity
With top talent and technical skills becoming increasingly difficult to attract due a global skills shortage, Page Consulting has created an Academy of consultants that provide data and business analytics for our customers. In line with the PageGroup vision of creating and supporting opportunities to unlock potential, we have taken this to the next level by solely sourcing individuals predominately from diverse backgrounds, including race/ethnicity, gender, disability, and social mobility. A number of the consultants have been selected undertake an apprenticeship in data analytics which is supported by Multiverse. We are also working with RefuAid to identify displaced candidates who have re-trained/re-accredited themselves in technology or stem subjects who will continue their development as a part of the Page Consulting team.
In addition to our Academy, we have an internal ED&I team who support our clients with building a more inclusive workplace. This diverse team is made up of people who have lived experiences and truly understand the issues commonly found within the workplace today. The team have also developed many partnerships with accreditation bodies and charities who we often introduce to organisations. Through such introductions we’re able to assist with improving their internal processes, begin their own initiatives or gain support from a leading advocate in the market. An example of the support you gain would be how to make a recruitment process more inclusive, specifically for a group of people with the same protected characteristic. We have done this previously with 50million Voices that helped us to understand the difficulties faced by people with a stammer before we began a process with candidates they have provided.
