- We work directly with buyers using a consultative approach to initially capture their requirements, understand any constraints, and ensure that we can meet their budgetary expectations and time-to-delivery demands. We also ensure that the buyer is aware of current and future technical and business domain trends to ensure longevity (and therefore value for money) of any potential solution. Next, a Technical Architect will draft a conceptual proposal, and then iterate on this in a collaborative fashion with the buyer until they are happy with the proposed direction. Finally, full business and technical proposals are developed and presented to the buyer for agreement. As appropriate, industry standard tools, best practices, and international open standards are adhered to at all stages of the process.

Our consultative approach has us work directly with the buyer to understand their needs and propose an agreeable business and/or technical solution. Such a solution is then documented in such a manner that it may then be implemented either by ourselves, the buyer, or another supplier. Whereas our training approach has us provide mentorship to the buyer’s staff who are managing the cloud setup or migration; we can provide both direct training in specific technical subjects of cloud setup or migration, and mentorship to support and sign-post the buyer’s staff toward developing their own solutions.

During our standard SLA (Service Level Agreement), every day from 08:00 UTC to 22:00 UTC, we respond as follows: Critical Issues - 1 Hour, High Severity Issues - 2 Hours, Medium Severity Issues - 4 Hours, and Low Severity Issues - 8 Hours.

Such individuals may have lacked the necessary support during their education or previous jobs to develop their software skills, or they may not have had the economic means to enable them to invest in necessary further education or training. Our trainee engineers are provided with training, mentorship, and gain real-world experience working on software projects. The training received often results in recognised academic and/or industry qualifications.

We have always provided a remote and flexible working environment. This allows our employees when not with clients to either, as they prefer, work from home or in a company sponsored co-working environment. They may also opt to split their time between the two environments. As all of our employees work remotely we have invested in, and continue to ensure, that all of our employees have both a suitable working environment, and the necessary tools and resources at their disposal.
As a remote company we recognise that remote working can be isolating. As such we frequently run a number of internal socialisation programs. We also try where possible to have our staff meet together for a conference at least once a year.
At the end of each year staff select a small number of charities that are meaningful to them for our company to donate a portion of our profits to.
