- Extended support: extends any of the tiers of support above to 7-9am & 5-8pm weekdays and 9am-6pm weekends/ bank holidays

Getting started
TransportAPI provides comprehensive on-boarding support to the client operations team through our Go-Live process and Support manual documentation. TransportAPI will work in partnership with clients to manage and support the development, alpha/beta testing and deployment to live processes. TransportAPI will operate within client change control processes as detailed in the support tier selected.

TransportAPI provides a service level agreement (SLAs) for managed service availability (Uptime) and response times (Response time). SLA commitments are applied to monthly minimum levels of Uptime and Response time. Credits are applied if service levels fall below monthly SLA limits.

TransportAPI endpoint access is authenticated by app_id and app_key issued by the API management platform. The API management platform is accessed by username and password. Access to the underlying development platform is covered by MFA.
