We provide a single, inclusive support tier for onboarding projects. This includes configuration assistance, data migration support, integration support, training, and go-live coordination. Support is delivered via email, remote sessions and scheduled calls during business hours at no additional cost.

Each onboarding project is assigned a dedicated project lead who acts as the primary point of contact and coordinates with technical specialists as required. No separate technical account manager fees apply.
