- For each implementation, Lexonis provides a project launch pack containing key messaging templates, roadshow presentations, quick guides and other change management materials that will help your organisation to successfully implement SFIA and/or DDaT with or without Lexonis' cloud software solution. A Lexonis Prosci accredited consultant will guide you through the planning process, sharing best practice and how to best leverage the project launch pack collateral for your implementation; depending on the services acquired your Lexonis consultant will develop a project plan to suit your requirements and schedule regular meetings to track project progress.

Lexonis consultants will help you to determine the most appropriate path to migrate your existing collateral and data to the Lexonis software cloud software service and gain the full benefit of using SFIA, DDAT or your other frameworks. In addition, Lexonis consultants can easily configure API's in the Lexonis software platform to share date with and between your existing HR systems e.g. HCM, LMS software.

Use of the SFIA framework is subject to the terms and conditions of license from the SFIA Foundation. Otherwise, there are no other known constraints.

Response times will depend on the solution provided. Consulting support is agreed on commencement of the service and will depend on the type of support required.
If being used, response times for the Lexonis Essentials or Lexonis TalentScape software service will be subject to the SLA and schedule included in the software agreement. For Lexonis software provision, response times vary from 1 business hour for high severity to 1 business day for low severity issues. - User can manage status and priority of support tickets

Support services for the consulting services are agreed on a case-by-case basis with the client and priced accordingly.
If Lexonis software is provided, third level support is included which covers "the provision of the services of one or more systems experts whose role is to address Defects in the Service." In addition, Lexonis will provide usage support for trained client administrators of the software. Software support for trained administrators is included in the fees for the Lexonis Essentials and Lexonis TalentScape software services.
