Planning

Planning service
Yes
How the planning service works
TrunkBBI will initiate a discovery workshop for each work package or project we would manage with the customer. There a series of stages
we map out that cover defining and understanding/agreeing the customer and our own expectations, creating from these a pre-agreed plan, with delivery milestones, and including development/assembly, user acceptance testing, go-live and ongoing support for the life of the agreement.

During the project design phase, we will help with understanding the organisational and business impact the cloud - and our services - will have on their enterprise and build solutions to adjust to the new cloud environment. We normally continue this process through the life of our relationship with our customers.

Our consultants are expert on innovation and change in the cloud market, helping our customers to accelerate their own cloud strategy while under our care. Blockers and challenges to cloud adoption are addressed to ensure compliance with legal, information security, and regulatory requirements.

Training

Training service provided
Yes
How the training service works
Trunkbbi recognise the importance of training not being an after-thought, and that it is essential to ensure that users of the project outputs and the customer operation overall can gain maximum benefit from using it.

We normally put in place a ‘train the trainer’ approach to user training, where these "super users" are trained in the use of the project output and will then be able to train colleagues on an ad-hoc basis.

We provide full knowledge transfer to the customer's teams as part of our service provision. Our training and upskilling is based on a 20-20-60 split learning approach: 20% product/service background and awareness learning through classroom/web training, 20% learning through mentoring and coaching while under close supervision, and 60% through "live' use of the system/service with ad-hoc support where required. If required by our customers, we can arrange an internal accreditation programme.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
The truckBBI team provides creates processes and methods to ensure that the software/service will perform well under all conditions and scenarios.

We can coach end users and administrators to implement testing strategies - or we support a hybrid of helping out with the QA and testing ourselves.

We cover all aspects of the testing scope, ensuring products/services are ready for production, and to improve end user experience. This includes capacity testing, Soak testing, Load testing, Component testing and Stress testing to ensure stability, scalability, performance and throughput.

Hosting or software provided by your organisation
How the support service works
Our hosting offers secure and monitored hosting of your website. We offer hosting on a dedicated AWS instance to provide a secure, reliable and robust solution. Automated security checks, performance analysis and code analysis will be undertaken, as well as internal code reviews, when running deployment pipelines.

Once we have launched your website it doesn’t stop there. We continually monitor performance and security to ensure you can relax knowing your site is constantly working as hard as possible for you. We handle all updates and patches for you when required to maintain your system’s high performance.

Support levels
TrunkBBI will appoint a project lead to any client project, and as we mobilise we will assemble an detailed support package based on the service and on the customer's requirements around Design, development, training and implementation.

Support around design, implementation and mobilising is built in to the project price. Ongoing and ad-hoc training is priced based on the specific customer needs, as these are never standardised.

This will normally include working daytime cover and a flexible service where support/cover can be enhanced for short periods of time for specific events.

Requests for support will be via email or telephone and triaged within 2 working hours. Most issues are resolved remotely and at least same day.

Normally there are no SLA requirements for our services and solutions, though we would discuss any requirements for these at the project start.
