Getting started
Once the instance is setup, vCreate perform online training via Teams or Zoom. Users also have access to help resources within vCreate including help guides, videos, and a support ticket system.

End-of-contract data extraction
All patient data is downloadable by system administrators at the end of the contract. Once downloaded, all patient data will be permanently deleted.
End-of-contract process
Once all patient data has been downloaded then the data is permanently deleted. This download is performed by the clinical team within the vCreate service therefore incurs no cost.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
VCreate will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the platform is available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.95% during any monthly billing cycle. Subject to the SLA exclusions, if vCreate does not meet this commitment, buyers will be eligible to receive a Service Credit. A Monthly Uptime Percentage of 99.95% means that vCreate guarantee buyers will experience no more than 21.56 min/month of unavailability.
