- SaaSam's Business Process Analyst will conduct an analysis of the Buyers contract management processes and gather all requirements needed to configure the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management solution to the Buyers exact needs. This will be conducted during a series of workshops (ideally on-site at the Buyer's offices with Subject Matter Experts). A SaaSam Project Manager will ensure that all information required is captured and will provide a clear high-level implementation plan to keep the implementation project on track and on budget. Regular "Show & Tell" meetings will be scheduled at key intervals during the implementation to present the system as it is being configured and to involve key stakeholders to ensure maximum adoption post go-live.

- SaaSam will configure the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management solution to align with the Buyer's contracting workflows and processes. The migration of the Buyer's contracting data is provided for as part of SaaSam's implementation of the Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management. Data migration includes; user data, supplier/customer/vendor data, and legacy and active contract data. This includes any attachments that need to be migrated. SaaSam's assumption is that the Buyer will provide the data in a cleansed format ready for upload. Additionality migration services can be provide and will need to be fully scoped.

SaaSam has a web self-serve support portal available to users of the Agiloft platform to search the knowledgebase and submit requests. Standard support tickets lodged via the SaaSam web self-serve support portal will be responded to within 4 working hours. SaaSam support is provided during business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5.30 pm (except on public holidays), in the following countries: UK, Ireland, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
SaaSam has an Admin-on-Demand service which can be purchased.
