Local Area Energy Planning Plus (LAEP+) is a net zero planning tool for local authorities and their delivery partners. Use it to create custom maps populated with hundreds of datasets and run browser-based analysis to identify and evidence the suitability of different sites for low carbon energy interventions.

Customers will be given at least a week's notice through email in the event of planned maintenance to avoid confusion and resulting loss of productivity. Backup services from Advanced Infrastructure will be provisioned in the event of planned maintenance to ensure API or cloud services will not be disrupted.

Getting started
Approved customers are on-boarded through the creation of an account. API services are documented as per OpenAPI standards and user documentation for map interfaces are available in the help section of user's account.

End-of-contract data extraction
All customer data can be extracted in either CSV or JSON formats to ensure a safe and secure migration to any new systems being used if required. Users would have to intimate Advanced Infrastructure to extract their data on contract expiration.
End-of-contract process
Customers are invited to renew their subscription 90 days ahead of expiry. Should the customer not renew, then access to the hosted environment will cease at the end of the subscription and instance provided for the customer will be deleted.
