Enabley provides two support plans:
Support essentials - This service is included in your annual license package which allows clients focal points to report issues through an online ticketing system.
Support premium – This service is offered at an extra cost for accounts that meet certain minimum contract requirements in size and value. This allows all end users to start an online support chat with a dedicated enabley customer support specialist. This also allows contacting via dedicated email and telephone hotline (for client focal points only) Pricing of this plan varies and is subject to the number of users in the account, use case and support channels provided

Onboarding and offboarding

All training shall be conducted online via virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams). To complement these sessions, online training materials are also available via the enabley platform as well as an online Help Centre.
There will be 2 types of training i) For Administrators (“super users”) on how to set up the organisation structure, accounts, workspaces etc and ii) For those who need to create content, review reports, facilitate group discussions (i.e. Editors, Instructors, Managers,Training Manager).
Each training session will be up to 2 hours. From experience, it is envisaged that up to 2 sessions each for both types of training highlighted above.
A dedicated, fully qualified Customer Success Manager will be assigned to every client to deliver this training and help with ongoing support post onboarding. Where appropriate, additional trainers can also support.
enabley shall update the clients on every new release by email/newsletter, on the client account under “help center” section and by the enabley customer success manager.

Data in transit is encrypted by TLSv1 (AES-256-bit keys), supporting TLS v1.0, v1.1, v1.2, v1.3 per the browser capabilities. The data is encrypted at rest by encrypting the AWS EBS using an AES-256 bit key, managed by AWS KMS. In addition, the DB Server is within the Enabley VPC, and is accessible only by Enabley servers.
Legal Aspects – There are no circumstances in which any 3rd party entity should have access to any data processed by Enabley or that exists within enabley’s database.
Our data is protected and controlled according to all GDPR regulations. Data can be fully erased and destroyed by the request of the controller of the data (the end user or the client). If service provider goes out of business, data can be copied to any AWS cloud-based database according to client’s request.
