An initial consultation to scope the project objectives will form the basis of the ongoing deliverables. Business needs analysis will be conducted in conjunction with customer teams with feasibility studies and assessments conducted where required.

Lab, Reference and Acceptance environment deployment and testing to ensure the service meets expectations and adheres to customer requirements.

How the setup or migration service works
A thorough scoping exercise to understand the requirements of the migration will be conducted. Following this, a technical and business feasibility exercise will be carried out. The output of which will include artefacts such as a high level architecture and indicative cost estimations for the move along with a feasibility recommendation.

For the migration itself, we can provide resources to support customer teams with specific activities or complete the move entirely on their behalf.

End to end solutions architecture for Building Access Control Systems in Private, Public or Hybrid Cloud environments (including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure).

Site networking infrastructure design and implementation between local access control systems and other systems to facilitate interoperability and integration.

Fighting climate change

At ID-ware UK, we keen to oGset our carbon footprint as much as possible but doing the following:
Paperless/recycled packaging – We are a paperless company day to day and encourage as many items to be recycled as possible. This includes packaging for shipments.
Travel – We ask all staG to use public transport where possible. All company cars are fully electric and we will do our best to use electric vehicles for any deliveries that may be required.
Remote working – We operate in a hybrid but predominately remote working style. This cuts our energy usage for oGice space. We also encourage online meetings to ensure that staG are required to travel less.
Carbon Credits – ID-ware UK is also actively participating with carbon credits.

Covid-19 recovery

COVID-19 hasn’t impacted ID-ware UK too greatly. However, we are ensuring that all current staG are supported and new potential staG members are considered for all positions within in the company and we will do our best to support them with any assistants they may need relating to COVID-19.

We are a rapidly expanding business which in itself if requiring us to create new job opportunities and grow as a team and company. ID-ware UK is active in ensuring that we oGer opportunities to people from all backgrounds and locations which we are able to do with our hybrid working style. Due to ID-ware UK’s area of work, we are very aware of ensuring that cyber security risks identified and managed. We are doing this by working towards automating some services where possible and using security equipment and programmes to help us.

We also encourage all staG to take regular short breaks to rest their eyes from the computer screen. We provide private Bupa healthcare as well which covers mental health so our staG can gain help without the worry of cost. We also ask our team leaders to have regular check in’s with their teams to discuss any issues that might arise and if they are struggling with anything.
