How the planning service works
We will work with your project management office to implement an appropriate project approach and governance to successfully manage your project.

We will agree the project methodology (agile, waterfall) and define the project governance and programme structure to meet the defined goals of the aims of the project.

From this project initiation stage where we have defined the required costs, resources and suppliers to deliver on the project we will then work to set-up the project and monitor it.

Many of our complex project needs an extensive discovery and design stage we will work with your technical design authorities to get the solution (M365, Cloud App etc) approved.

From this stage we will apply agreed governance to controls to keep stakeholders informed and to move to the delivery phase of the project and implement or migrate to new design state.

We will keep all users, stakeholders and business users informed at all stages via appropriate reporting. Post the successful completion of any project we will handover to business as usual teams.

How the setup or migration service works
We will work with your technical teams to specify a design or desired architecture to deliver the required migration to the cloud. This will be in line with agreed project approach and governance required to successfully deliver this migration.

From this discovery stage where we have identified the current and to be states we can then work within bounds of required costs, resources and suppliers to construct a migration plan. We will then work to set-up the cloud migration project and monitor it.

As these cloud changes will be disruptive we will work with your technical design authorities to get the solution (M365, Cloud App etc) and migration plan ratified and approved.

From this stage we will apply agreed governance to controls to keep stakeholders informed and to move to the delivery phase of the project and implement or migrate to new design state.

This change and transformation element will require us to communicate with users, stakeholders and business. Post the successful completion of any project we will handover to business as usual teams.
