Service scope

Service constraints
The service is delivered and supported remotely from UK-based operations centres and does not require on-site attendance. Backup and recovery activities rely on secure network connectivity between the customer environment and the Centerprise platform. Planned maintenance is performed in line with published change processes and may require notification in advance. Recovery invocation and rehearsal activities are subject to scheduling and agreed service parameters. Service performance and recovery objectives are dependent on the accuracy of customer-provided sizing, configuration information, and agreed recovery assumptions.

Support levels
Centerprise provides tiered support levels for Backup as a Service (BaaS) and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), aligned to service criticality and buyer requirements.

Standard Support is included in the core service. This provides access to the Centerprise Service Desk during UK business hours (08:00–18:00, Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Support includes incident logging, service requests, restore assistance, monitoring, and escalation through second- and third-line cloud engineers as required. Standard support is included in the standard service price.

Enhanced Support is available as an optional upgrade and provides extended hours coverage, accelerated response targets, and access to named technical resources familiar with the customer environment. Enhanced support is priced as an additional cost over standard.

24×7 Critical Support is available for DRaaS customers and supports recovery invocation outside standard hours, including access to specialist recovery engineers. This level is priced separately, where 24×7 recovery is contractually required.

A Technical Account Manager (TAM) can be provided as an optional service, acting as a single point of contact for service reviews, capacity planning, risk management, and operational oversight. Where a TAM is not required, customers are supported by dedicated cloud support engineers through the Service Desk and defined escalation paths.
