- GA4 is a different paradigm to Universal Analytics. Elignum inspects the current tracking and determines how the current data layer and configuration can be leveraged to fit the new model. Because GA4 is Event based rather than Session based and new Engagement metrics are available, we look at possible KPI changes. We will build new Collections and Reports where necessary so that the new interface gives Users exactly what they need, and can migrate all reporting/integration (e.g. Data Studio) to GA4 data streams. Finally, we can provide training to the Users so that they maximise their insights from the new platform.
