Addin365 will provide fixes to defects reported that can be replicated by the Addin365 production team.
Addin365 will not provide fixes for Microsoft 365 defects. These need to be reported by the organisation or their service partner to Microsoft Support.
Addin365 use a ticketing platform called Freshdesk to support incident resolution, as well as a dedicated client Teams channel.
Within 24 hours of a defect being reported to Addin365 a response will be issued to confirm receipt.
Addin365 will investigate the defect. Addin365 aim to investigate issues and respond with a target fix date within 3 days. However, if the defect is complex it may take longer.
If the defect can be reproduced Addin365 will issue a target fix date for the defect. The priority given to fixing a defect is dependent on the severity of the defect.

Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
- Getting started with a Creation Pack is simple: installation is handled through Addin Manager, allowing your organisation to deploy and configure the pack directly within your Microsoft 365 tenant with minimal effort. The platform provides an intuitive setup experience, enabling IT teams to activate the pack, adjust settings, and manage updates quickly and securely. To support onboarding, users can access clear online guidance—including “Creation Pack at a glance” and step‑by‑step creation walkthroughs—and attend scheduled training sessions such as the Creation Pack training meeting to build confidence using the tool.

At the end of the contract, offboarding is simple. Your Creation Packs remain installed in your Microsoft 365 tenant, and Addin365 removes its administrative access while your organisation retains full control. Any configured Teams templates, governance settings and bots stay in place unless you choose to deactivate or remove them using the Creation Pack catalogue tools. - Documentation accessibility standard

- Customisation available
- Yes
- Description of customisation
- Users can customise a Creation Pack by tailoring templates, channels, tabs, apps, naming rules, metadata, workflows, permissions and governance controls to match their organisation’s standards. Customisation is done through an intuitive admin interface, allowing teams to apply predefined templates and configure rules easily. IT administrators or designated governance owners manage and approve these customisations, with optional input from business champions where permitted.
Scaling
- Independence of resources
- The Creation Pack runs entirely inside your organisation’s own Microsoft 365 tenant, meaning performance is powered by your tenant—not shared with other customers. Because all web parts use officially supported Microsoft APIs and execute in the context of each viewer’s account, your experience is fully isolated and unaffected by demand from other organisations. This architecture ensures consistent performance, controlled permissions, and no resource competition across customers.
Analytics
- Service usage metrics
- Yes
- Metrics types
- We provide Creation Pack usage metrics through the usage history dashboard in Addin Manager, giving IT simple, real‑time insight into how the service is being used. The dashboard shows how many Teams were created using each pack, who created them and when, monthly activity levels such as active pack usage, and overall governance adherence. These metrics are automatically collected and surfaced directly in the platform, making it easy to monitor adoption and ensure governance is consistently applied.
