  We've partnered with Carbon Intelligence (Accenture) to monitor our carbon footprint for several years, and with their guidance, we've gained insights into our emissions breakdown. It's likely that our emissions are distributed as follows: approximately 3-5% from Scope 1 emissions (direct emissions like those from air conditioning), roughly 20% from Scope 2 emissions (related to electricity consumption in our office spaces), and the majority, around 75%, from Scope 3 emissions, which includes factors like business travel, commuting, and purchased goods and services.; As a remote-first company, we actively promote remote work among our employees and encourage them to minimise travel unless absolutely necessary.; In addition, through our TIL+ program, we've contributed several pro-bono consulting engagements to organisations dedicated to raising awareness about climate change. For instance, we've supported Health In Harmony, a non-profit committed to advancing human health and environmental protection through sustainable healthcare and conservation practices.
