How the setup or migration service works
Our core role is to move all your functioning clinical data from your existing software system into your new system. We will take on the whole task of identifying the data you currently have, planning the data migration and transferring it to your new system. The data migration is carried out overnight/weekend ready for your service to go-live.

How the quality assurance and performance testing works
We treat your clinical data with exactly the same high level of care you would expect from a sexual health service. In the planning phase any data issue, concerns or discrepancies will be highlighted to you. A user acceptance testing migration will be carried out using all of your data in a full trial run. Any issues of concerns you find will then be addressed before the real system go-live.
