Onboarding and offboarding

- Your allocated Account Manager will provide online training and guide you with all the onboarding information with your team and a tutorial of how to use the LMS as well as adding and removing learners, adding courses and accessibility solutions etc. The superuser will have access and oversee the portal. When learners are added they will receive an email with login details to the courses allocated. A seamless integration is also possible via API, where the learners won’t have to use any separate login for our platform providing a seamless learning experience. Account Manager is available for any support and guidance throughout the partnership.
