Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
Your allocated Account Manager will provide online training and guide you with all the onboarding information with your team and a tutorial of how to use the LMS as well as adding and removing learners, adding courses and accessibility solutions etc. The superuser will have access and oversee the portal. When learners are added they will receive an email with login details to the courses allocated. A seamless integration is also possible via API, where the learners won’t have to use any separate login for our platform providing a seamless learning experience. Account Manager is available for any support and guidance throughout the partnership.

End-of-contract data extraction
The courses does not capture any client data however the client’s learners will be able to download their certificates as evidence of completion prior to the contract’s end. Further support can be assisted with the Dedicated Account Manager
End-of-contract process
Once we receive confirmation of a client's departure, we'll send an email with details about their decision, when their access will end, and how the off-boarding process works. We won't charge for our standard off-boarding procedure. One Education aim to provide a smooth journey for all our clients and are open to negotiation and trials to ensure client continuity.

Our content includes easy-to-use navigation and menus, introduced to learners at the course's introduction and reinforced by narration. Each course also offers a menu button for quick page access. Learners are able to track their progression with the progression bar. We incorporate keyboard navigation and other accessibility features to ensure broad learner accessibility, including compatibility with screen readers. We can customise the product to match your brand guidelines, collaborating with you to create a tailored solution. Additionally, we offer the capability to grant specific access to designated users.
