Elecosoft shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to make the Services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for:

a) planned maintenance carried out during the maintenance window of 19.00-23.00 Monday to Thursday and 19.00 Friday to 23.00 Sunday; and

b) urgent unscheduled maintenance performed outside the hours provided that Elecosoft has used reasonable endeavours to give the Customer at least 24 hours notice in advance.

Getting started
Standard subscription includes access to video training library, online tutorial guide and help files. Dedicated one-to-one remote assistance under the support agreement is available to help setup access to the software for new users requiring additional help. Instructor led training is available at an extra cost; from short web-based sessions to full tailored training packages.

Users can manually save files offline for use after the contract. Alternatively, they can request a batch download of all content at any point during contract and up to 30 days after contract ends.

Description of customisation
Asta Powerproject SaaS includes extensive application settings that can be used to setup the software to the user's requirements. These user settings can be different per user, or rolled out to groups of users. Macros can be created within the software to perform additional customisation. Typically, macros are developed by Elecosoft but the Macro Engine is available to all users.

Fighting climate change

We aim to continuously improve our environmental performance. Examples of how we support climate change initiatives include:

- Where possible we have eradicated the use of paper. Remaining usage is via recycled or ecologically friendly paper.
- Reduce our consumption of resources and improve the efficiency of those resources
- Manage waste generated from our business operations according to the principles of reduction, re-use and recycling.
- Comply as a minimum with all relevant environmental legislation as well as other environmental requirements.

Our carbon reduction plan is to achieve a net zero carbon footprint in our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030. Our Environmental Policy will be regularly reviewed and updated as necessary. The management team endorses these policy statements and is fully committed to their implementation. As a group, our achievements to date are:

- 45% renewable energy supplies
- 19% electrified vehicle usage
- 18% reduction of CO2 production from 140 tonnes to 115.
