Patronum is only accessible to users with one or more Google Workspace administration priviledges which may have been delegated to managers to manage specific tasks for their team.

End-of-contract data extraction
All user data is stored in Google Workspace including Google Directory and Google Drives. Only a cached replica of data is stored within Patronum. After contract ends, cached replica data is automatically and removed after 90 days. There is no need to extract any data from Patronum.
End-of-contract process
After contract end, access to Patronum is terminated. Organisation must remove Patronum via the Google Workspace Admin Console.
