We have our own experienced consultants and our own integration software. By being independent we aren't limited or constrained by partnering agreements, we work for our customer.
Our integration service reduces the risks of migrating to the cloud as we can assist with both the data migration and the on-going integration between new and old systems. Our integration solution is controlled by easily configurable scripts (not programming code) so it can be quickly adapted to meet the changing needs of the business.

- We support all on-going integration between the integrated software applications. We don't just support our own integration software, our support desk receives automated notifications of any problems on the interfaces (eg. invalid data) and we actively investigate on behalf of our customers.

Systems integration relies on some form of access to the systems and/or the data. This can be via direct database access, legacy CSV interfaces, modern REST web services, APIs etc. We support every type of interface we have ever come across and can often come up with inventive ways of accessing systems and data.
However, it is theoretically possible for a system to have no interfaces and also no access to the database which would make integration a challenge and maybe impossible. We haven't come across it yet but theoretically integration might be impossible for some systems.

A technical consultant is assigned to the issue when it's received. They will contact the customer to agree a priority (hours to fix). We will continue to be guided by the customer.
The customer can escalate the issue to the Implementation Manager, Customer Excellence Manager and then to the Technical Director at any time. All contact details are provided to the customer.

Manifest Software Solutions (MSS) enables and encourage customers to use small businesses from the local community to deliver services eg. small independent repairs contractors. This promotes the use of small businesses, creates local employment opportunities and reduces travel (having environmental benefits).
The efficiency benefits of systems integration are usually only available to large businesses, but MSS are happy to integrate with small business systems to allow small local businesses to bid for work on an equal footing with large national businesses. MSS will integrate with anything, including small Excel based solutions or small mobile working systems. MSS setup the integration, so the small contractor or local business doesn't need to pay for costly software changes.

Manifest Software Solutions (MSS) enable housing businesses to integrate corporate CRM systems with Internet of Things (IoT) devices installed in their customer's homes. These devices allow factors affecting the wellbeing of local people to be monitored and directly acted upon.
Examples can include:
Installing smart IoT boiler controllers in rented accommodation that can check for fuel poverty by monitoring temperatures and activity in the dwelling. Properties showing signs of fuel poverty connect to the MSS software which will automatically trigger the creation of a CRM case in the Local Authority (LA) or Housing Association (HA) CRM system ensuring the resident is contacted by a housing professional.
Similar IoT devices can simultaneously check for damp, heating issues or other environmental conditions that might indicate that the resident needs help. MSS integrate these devices with back-office systems so that proactive warnings are raised and cases created at the first signs of there being an issue.
