End-of-contract data extraction
Data can be extracted at any time using standard reports provided with Proceed Cella. After contract end, data can be extracted by Proceed and provided on a best-efforts basis.
End-of-contract process
At contract end the Proceed Cella service will be terminated after a week's grace period. It is the customer's responsibility to extract any required data before termination.
