Service constraints
Delivery is primarily provided remotely. Onsite delivery can be provided where required by agreement. The service is dependent on the buyer having an active ServiceNow subscription and appropriate user access. Timelines are subject to the availability of buyer stakeholders, timely provision of information and third-party dependencies. The service does not include hosting, infrastructure management or software licensing unless explicitly agreed.

Web chat accessibility testing
Web chat capability is provided using the ServiceNow platform, which is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards. Accessibility is informed by ServiceNow’s platform-level testing, documentation and conformance statements. Where web chat is configured for a buyer, accessibility considerations are reviewed during design and configuration, including compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation. Further user testing can be supported where required as part of a client engagement.
Support levels
Support is provided in flexible tiers aligned to buyer requirements.

Standard Support provides access to email and online ticketing during UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30), covering incident resolution, service requests and advisory support.

Enhanced Support includes priority response, proactive monitoring, regular service reviews and a named ServiceNow specialist acting as a technical account lead.

Managed Service Support provides ongoing platform support, optimisation and governance, including a dedicated technical lead and access to specialist cloud support engineers as required.

Costs for each support level are agreed based on scope, complexity and required coverage and are detailed in the pricing schedule or agreed contract. Support engineers and technical account management are provided where included within the agreed support tier.
