Web chat needs to be tested in the context in which it is deployed and we test with each individual client.
Support levels
Support is provided during the active project delivery period. During project delivery, support is available during UK business hours (08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) via email and ticketed support. Priority 0/1 issues receive a response within 1 hour, with restoration and resolution targets agreed based on issue severity and impact. Priority 2/3 issues receive a response within 2 working days, with resolution timeframes detailed in Appendix A of our standard Ts and Cs.

Post-project support is available at standard business-hours or 24/7 coverage, depending on operational needs. Post-project support is charged at SkillSet’s day rate of £575 and can be purchased in blocks of 8 hours.

Where required, support arrangements will include access to an account manager, providing continuity, technical oversight, and escalation management across delivery and support phases.
