What users can and can't do using the API
We provide a REST API to some Key metrics for Trust system. At present the main system are for shared PGD acknowledgments data for Trust data warehouse. We have the capacity to roll out other metrics on request. We also support querying on Customer API, such as user lists, to automatically keep track of user/subscription changes.

Description of customisation
JRCALC Plus allows for ambulance trusts and other organisations to add their own local guidance to the app for their users specifically. This content can be sent to our editorial team, who upload it to the application, with approval from the Trust before making it live for users. This content can include text, images and videos. Trusts can also upload Clinical Notices to the application within 5 minutes. The Clinical Notice portal can be accessed by designated members of your team, with training supplied by us on how to release these notices to your users. The app's colour and logo on the dashboard can also be customised depending on the Trust/Organisation.

Services are continually monitor with SMS reporting to multiple people in case of failure detection. The mentoring uses real-world test cases, and data over a range of API to verify operation. Also, our sub-processes AWS and SF have automated monitoring with Cloud Alarms in place. The server maintains an access log and unusual behaviour/patterns are checked for. We subscribe to NHS England's Cyber Alert feed which notifies us if there is vulnerability.
