Comprehensive support is provided free of charge as part of all of our services. At Cross 8 we only appoint account managers who are themselves experts in change delivery. They take a close role in the accounts they are responsible for, challenging our project teams from a position of knowledge. Technical leads are a core part of the delivery team and provide on the ground support. Technical leads and account managers meet a minimum of weekly to ensure that everybody involved in the delivery is informed.
