Our cyber security services are primarily delivered as defined assessment, testing and assurance engagements rather than traditional ongoing support services.
Where follow-on assistance is required, we provide post-engagement support in the form of remediation guidance, clarification of findings, stakeholder briefings and technical advice to help address identified vulnerabilities. This is typically provided during an agreed post-report period and is included within the engagement scope.
Re-testing of remediated vulnerabilities, configuration reviews, or additional validation activity can be provided where required. This is normally delivered as a separately scoped piece of work or as an agreed extension to the original engagement.
For longer-term security improvement programmes, we can provide ongoing advisory support on a time and materials or fixed-price basis. A Technical Account Manager can be assigned to act as the primary point of contact, coordinating specialist security consultants and ensuring continuity across engagements where ongoing support is agreed.
The level and duration of any post-engagement or advisory support is agreed with the client at the time of engagement.
