Service scope

Service constraints
This service provides design, build, testing, and DevSecOps enablement support and does not include ongoing hosting or operational ownership unless explicitly agreed. Underlying cloud platforms, GDS environments, and infrastructure remain the responsibility of the buyer. AI components, including Azure AI chatbots, are configured to buyer requirements and do not make automated or statutory decisions. Security integrations, including 2FA, ForgeRock UMA, and ISO 27001–aligned practices, support assurance but do not constitute formal accreditation. Test automation effectiveness depends on environment stability, data quality, and access. Final release, deployment, and go/no-go decisions remain with the buyer.
