Embrionic will undertake an assessment of your current estate and identify the blueprint for delivery and adoption of the Microsoft Azure Cloud. We will work with your IT leadership to ensure that the right operating model is in place so that you can operate in the Cloud. Leveraging the Cloud Adoption Framework we will help you establish your Cloud Architecture and Governance practices. We will ensure your services are delivered in line with security baselines for UK Government and put in place the right policies and controls in place to maintain this after initial deployment. We will make sure you have the appropriate FinOps tooling and processes to avoid unexpected costs and reduce wastage, and integrate this into your Carbon Emission calculations. All of this will be done using Agile methodologies and ‘as-code’ building repeatable and reusable elements where possible.
