- How the setup or migration service works

Integrating critical legacy systems, on-premise software and business partner's systems with new cloud solutions can present a barrier to businesses wishing to migrate to new cloud solutions.
We remove this barrier by providing seamless integration between systems; whether legacy, on-premise or in the cloud. Allowing systems to continue to reliably exchange data, giving businesses confidence when migrating to the cloud.
We provide connectors for on-premise, legacy and cloud solutions that allow systems with different interfaces and capabilities to continue to share information without any disruption.
We have our own experienced consultants and our own integration software. By being independent we aren't limited or constrained by partnering agreements, we work for our customer.
Our integration service reduces the risks of migrating to the cloud as we can assist with both the data migration and the on-going integration between new and old systems. Our integration solution is controlled by easily configurable scripts (not programming code) so it can be quickly adapted to meet the changing needs of the business.
We believe that being responsive and flexible allows our customers to be in control when migrating and integrating with cloud solutions. - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

- How the support service works
- We support all on-going integration between the integrated software applications. We don't just support our own integration software, our support desk receives automated notifications of any problems on the interfaces (eg. invalid data) and we actively investigate on behalf of our customers.
Service scope
- Service constraints
-
Systems integration relies on some form of access to the systems and/or the data. This can be via direct database access, legacy CSV interfaces, modern REST web services, APIs etc. We support every type of interface we have ever come across and can often come up with inventive ways of accessing systems and data.
However, it is theoretically possible for a system to have no interfaces and also no access to the database which would make integration a challenge and maybe impossible. We haven't come across it yet but theoretically integration might be impossible for some systems.

Effective systems integration allows services to be made available via a wide range of engagement channels including self-service portals, mobile devices and IoT devices. This allows support information to be readily available and encourages inclusion in community activities by the use of integrated mobile apps that push local information to customers.
Improving engagement with customers allows economic issues to be detected earlier and acted upon. Similarly with IoT devices that can detect damp and fuel poverty that can then (through the use of integration) automatically create home visits and cases in CRM to investigate issues further.
Repairs and similar services can be pushed to local trades people rather than always using a large national property maintenance company. This encourages small local businesses to grow and reduces environmental impact by using local people who live in the community.
