How the training service works
Rapid X uses a variety of training approaches depending on the customer's needs. This can be a traditional classroom-based ‘train-the-trainer’ approach, through to the creation of easily consumed, self-paced learning materials such as training videos or interactive recordings. Wherever possible, a training environment will be provided to allow the user community to get hands-on experience with any new tools and processes in a safe environment before productive use. Rapid X will also provide online training videos/refresher sessions to keep customer teams up to date with testing functionality.

How the setup or migration service works
Our test engineers and pre-packaged services will support testing teams in their migration to cloud-based products. We offer standardised test acceleration packs that make it much quicker, simpler and more efficient for testing teams to test their core SAP processes. These pre-configured test packs can be easily tailored for customer-specific processes and will be kept up-to-date to reflect changes and new functionality as and when SAP release new product versions.

Rapid X provides support for quality assurance (QA) and performance testing for SAP, including all aspects of functional and integration testing, non-functional testing, and performance and volume testing.

Offered via standardised test tools for management of manual testing, and with our comprehensive test automation methodology and accelerators, including pre-packaged test automation scripts for core SAP processes.

We offer QA testing across all phases of traditional (waterfall) SAP Implementation programs, and also provide extensive support and tooling for Agile SAP Implementation programs (based on Scrum, SAP Activate, etc.), plus support for SAP maintenance and operation (BAU) activity.
