We conduct a readiness assessment if needed, identify potential risks and issues, and benchmark internal capabilities and capacities. This initial phase sets the stage for crafting a tailored, actionable project roadmap.
Following the assessment or a detailed analysis of the current state, our roadmap will align with the TechGenetix Genius framework methodology. This includes agreeing on the scope of requirements prioritised by importance, planning for resources, and establishing a sprint cadence of 60–90 days with clearly defined deliverables and outcomes.
Key milestones and a sign-off process are determined to ensure alignment and accountability. Additionally, we focus on the coaching and mentoring needs of internal teams to support effective implementation and ongoing project governance, addressing any risks, issues, and assumptions along the way.
