Support levels
RPA Health provides first line support for the Developer Licence, Run/Time Licences, and all RPA health-developed automation routines with UK-based and US-based technicians.

Remote support is provided during business days between 9:00 am – 5:30 pm GMT. After hours on-call support will be provided with 2-hour call back for Level I critical issues. Level I is defined as issues that render a system inoperable and significantly affecting workflow in critical areas. All other issues will be addressed by the next business day.

Web-Based Help Desk – The web-based Help Desk will automatically assign a ticket number that can be reviewed on-line to mark progress on problem resolution. In addition, users may communicate directly to one of our support engineers.
