We will then work with SimpliContract to setup a contract management solution with the functionality to meet the client’s requirements. Our services enable buyers to migrate and automate complex contract and supplier management processes and procedures to a single cloud solution which provides structured, searchable data. The use of a cloud-based solution transforms the management of contract obligations, service level management, invoice validation, supplier relationship and governance, and contract interpretation management. The model is proven in the public sector and JCM has a track record of delivering savings to clients through this process. We are also able to migrate existing data from legacy contract lifecycle management software to the CMaaS cloud technology.
