All customers have access to a named account manager at no additional cost. The account manager is responsible for the success of each customer relationship.

Supporting the account management team is a support desk that handles day to day requests.

Each quarter we conduct a detailed business review to ensure the customer is achieving maximum value from our service. A member of the senior management team attends these sessions to provide strategic insight and recommendations on how to deliver further efficiencies.

Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
We provide a structured onboarding process designed to minimise disruption and deliver value quickly. Onboarding begins with a mobilisation call to confirm scope, stakeholders, timelines and success criteria.

We then configure the TEM platform to reflect the customer’s organisational structure, users, cost centres and reporting needs. Where required, we securely integrate with mobile network operators, resellers or existing data sources to ingest billing, inventory and usage data.

A baseline assessment is completed to validate data accuracy and establish visibility of spend and assets. User access is provisioned based on agreed roles, with dashboards and reports configured accordingly. Customers receive guided walkthroughs and supporting documentation.

We provide enhanced support during the initial go-live period before transitioning into business-as-usual support. Onboarding timescales depend on complexity but are typically completed within 2–6 weeks.

End-of-contract data extraction
At contract end, we provide customers with the ability to extract their data in standard, non-proprietary formats. Data can be exported directly from the platform via secure download or provided by us upon request, including billing, inventory, usage and audit data. We support data extraction throughout the notice period to ensure continuity and an orderly transition. Once data extraction is complete and confirmed, customer data is securely deleted in line with agreed data retention policies and contractual requirements.
End-of-contract process
At contract end, the service moves into an agreed exit period. Users can continue to access the platform to extract their data in standard formats. We provide reasonable support to facilitate an orderly transition to another supplier or in-house solution. Following confirmation that data extraction is complete, access is revoked and customer data is securely deleted in line with contractual and data retention requirements.

Scaling

Independence of resources
We operate the service on a multi-tenant architecture with logical separation between customers. Capacity is actively monitored and scaled to ensure consistent performance as demand changes. Usage limits and safeguards are in place to prevent any single customer from impacting others. Performance is monitored continuously, with alerts and operational processes to address contention or degradation. This ensures each customer receives a reliable and predictable level of service regardless of other users’ activity.
