- Our implementation process involves a kick of call, gathering requirements, setting up your account including users, job boards (and setting up an integration with ATS or CRM if included), testing, training and go live support. We are in contact with our clients via calls and organise online training.

- End-of-contract data extraction
- Candidate data can be extracted and supplied in a secure CSV file, this traditionally includes all candidate info including accompanying CV where available. There can be costs associated to this depending on the data volume and delivery method.
- End-of-contract process
- The client will be contacted regarding renewal of their contract a minimum of 90 days prior to the expiry date to discuss the ongoing relationship. At which point a mutually agreed pricing scheme will be used to be the basis of a renewal agreement on the same terms. - Should the client decide not to renew then access to the account will be locked at midnight on the final day of the contract term. Following this the account will be deleted 14 days later along with any PII in line with the GDPR.
