Adetiq work to ISO9001 standards. As part of our database and systems management service we maintain the currency, accuracy and completeness of data. To provide quality assurance we work with clients to improve front end controls (where the system of Cloud service supports such improvements) and provide regular spot checks on quality as well and scheduled audits. The frequency and scales of quality assurance checks and audits, are assessed and agreed with the client, as most appropriate to the data type and methods of ingestion and validation.
We provide a dedicated team to manage and maintain a database or Cloud system on behalf of a client. We manage all KPI's to ensure our team are performing at the required standards and our IT team review the performance of our process management systems, which run alongside the Cloud systems we manage, to ensure they best support the database and Cloud systems management activity, including quality assurance testing.
