The IQVIA Service Team will act as a single point of contact for the client. Itis the mission of the Service Team to provide the client with a great service experience and to resolve any issues or requests in an effective manner andwithin the agreed timescales. The Service Team have accountability for all the Service Management processes and work across our Delivery Teams tomonitor all aspects of the service, manage governance and risk and continually review and recommend improvements. IQVIA unlimited support queries relating to any aspect of the solution. Our Service Team will monitor Major Incidents, Incidents, Service Requests and Problem Management resolution timings. In agreement with the client, Severity Levels will be allocated to Incidents, Service Requests and Problem Records. IQVIA will allocate a customer success manager to the client to ensure the continuous use of the tool.

Full Training is provided across a variety of delivery methods, on - line Teams, on site, and access to Patient Finder for familiarisation and walk-through demonstration. Training is discussed with the client and a training schedule will be created around the clients needs. The IQVIA Customer Support Hub, provides users to search for knowledge guides with quick and easy search filters to access all training materials.

Description of customisation
To search the structured data enter the diagnoses name or code eg. Diabetes. Patient Finder will search the entire healthcare record. However, by including a Synonym for Diabetes, the search will continue across the entire unstructured data.
Synonyms can be customised to include what may be in use within the organisation for Diabetes, such as Dmt1, DM, Mellitus Diabetes etc.. the search will include all records with these synonyms allowing the HCA to review and select or deselect those patients of interest.
To create a new Synonym, the user just simply 'adds' a new Synonym. Any user can add a new Synonym .

IQVIA have implemented a Global Information Assurance Framework to provide information assurance to information assets. It is based on industry standards and regulations including GDPR, HITRUST, the ISO 27000 family, COBIT, HIPAA, HITECH and NIST. The framework includes the management of Risk, Cryptography, Change, vulnerability and monitoring and these policies and controls apply to the management of the data that is in transit. Data is transferred encrypted typically using N3. Our approach ensures ahigh level of data protection, security and confidentiality in our Products and Service.

Information security policies and processes
IQVIA manages Information Security through a Global Integrated Information Security Framework (IISF). The ISSF is based on industry standards and regulations including HITRUST, the ISO 27000 family, COBIT, HIPAA, HITECH and NIST. IQVIA’s approach ensures a high level of data protection, security, and confidentiality.
The IISF comprises three types of materials (policy, standards, and procedures/work instructions). At the highest level of the IISF are the Corporate Policies which include the Integrated Information Security Framework Policy and the following policies:

• Data Classification Policy: The Data Classification Policy ensures that information assets can be classified for appropriate controls to be implemented to safeguard and protect these assets.

• Acceptable Use of IQVIA Information Technology Assets Policy: This defines the rules for appropriate usage of IQVIA information assets and systems.

The IQVIA EMEA Information Security Management System (ISMS) team have an established ISO 27001 certified ISMS and adopt the IISF global policies. Internal audits of the EMEA ISMS are conducted to assess the effectiveness of the ISMS and compliance with business policies and processes.
