• How the support service works: During the Evolve Solution Review, Oracle Consulting will assess the configuration of your system. Our assessment process involves examining the solution's features, functions, setup, user-friendliness, and overall effectiveness in supporting your business processes and the extent of alignment with modern best practice; The service will:; Provide an assessment of your system’s configuration; • Review the overall design and alignment of your business processes against Oracle Modern Best Practice; • Identify new features or unused functionality which could be beneficial; • Identify areas where users are encountering challenges or experiencing difficulties in adopting the system.; • Provide tactical and strategic recommendations for you to take forward as part of a masterplan for continuous improvement; There are four main steps in delivery of the service:; 1. Review. Examine your present Cloud setup to grasp the current configuration in readiness for the scheduled workshop sessions. ; 2. Discovery. Conduct interactive sessions to explore and examine in-depth critical issues, aiming for effective resolution.; 3. Assessment & Documentation. Compile the recommendations into a report.; 4.
