How the quality assurance and performance testing works
VE3 will liase with Salesfoce to carry out any performance testing related activities. Using a similar philosophy to integration testing, an end state load is replicated on the test systems to highlight any system stress or volume issues. Special attention is paid to the high volume transactions and critical processes of the business. Again, all results are recorded and issues resolved prior to making the system available for go-live. VE3 has learned from experience that the test cycles (especially integration testing) are good opportunities to involve Business Users. At the conclusion of this stage, buyer sign-off will be required to proceed to the next phase of the implementation.
