At the start of each engagement, PGI’s Project Manager (PM) collaborates with stakeholders to:

Define in-scope assets (web apps, infrastructure, cloud, mobile).
Align on business priorities and risk appetite.
Confirm compliance requirements (PSN, NCSC CHECK, CREST).
Document objectives and success criteria for full alignment.

This upfront clarity ensures testing is focused, efficient, and meets regulatory and business needs.

Support Levels

Account Manager (AM): Always provided; manages commercial aspects, contracts, and client relationship.
Project Manager (PM): Oversees delivery, scheduling, and quality. For large projects, PM costs are typically 5–10% of total cost, reflecting added governance.
Subject Matter Expert (SME): Dedicated consultant performs testing; backup SMEs guarantee continuity and resilience.
Technical Support: Delivered by the SME—no separate Cloud Support Engineer, ensuring accurate, context-specific responses.

Communication & Governance
The PM acts as the central liaison, ensuring:

Clear communication between technical and business teams.
Alignment on objectives, timelines, and constraints.
Rapid escalation and resolution of issues to keep projects on track.

PMs lead all key meetings—scoping, kick-off, progress updates, and debriefs—and provide regular status reports. They monitor milestones, manage risks, and ensure findings and recommendations are delivered on time and to PGI’s high standards.
