Service scope

Service constraints
Support is provided remotely during standard business hours (08:00–18:00). Backup performance and restoration speeds are strictly dependent on the client's available internet bandwidth and latency. Service requires the installation of a software agent on supported server operating systems. Total storage is limited to the quota agreed in the contract. Initial large-scale backups may require a physical 'seed' service if bandwidth is insufficient.
