How the training service works
We provide training in the form of workshops to end users and champion users of Microsoft Teams. More typically however we provide "Train the Trainer" training. In the case of migration, we can also train migration engineers to enable them to participate in large scale migrations and continual improvement projects. Staff webinars can be provided to introduce your users to the concepts of Microsoft Teams and show them how to integrate it successfully into their daily lives.

Additionally, we can create reusable reference materials that staff can call on as needed from a central source (usually a SharePoint-based staff portal). These materials are commonly in video format but can be adjusted as needed for your organisation.

A range of Support Service offerings are available - from post-project support, ad hoc requests via a Retainer or complete care via Outsourced IT - but this is not relevant in the context of this specific offering.
