How the planning service works
Working with the client and their subject matter experts, we help to define the learning objectives and then we propose the best content type (e.g. web, video, simulation etc.). We approach the project in an agile way, regularly returning to the client with content to review and comment on. We create online wireframes and storyboards when appropriate to more quickly understand what is required and what the best solution is. Based on these conversations and our experience, we will recommend the most appropriate cloud software solution or services to satisfy a client's requirements. We have years of experience creating accessible content to the WCAG AA standard, to ensure the widest possible learner audience.

Chilli IS can provide training for eLearning content creators and platform administrators in a variety of eLearning authoring software solutions and LMS platforms, such as Articulate Rise and Moodle.

We don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach and prefer to work with a client to better understand their needs before training begins. We can analyse your training needs and create a training plan for your employees, to ensure that the training delivered meets your requirements. Our most popular training offering is "train the trainer". Where we train a small number of individuals in an organisation, who can then go and train others in that organisation. However, we also offer on-site and remote classroom training and coaching and mentoring for larger numbers. We have a range of online training materials and this is all backed up by our ticket, email and telephone support.

We develop a testing strategy for our clients which includes functional testing of elearning.

We can test and audit your elearning. Evaluate and identify technical as well as learning design issues. Making recommendations for improvements, with a view of updating it to make it more successful or compliant. For example, we can help you make your elearning accessible (i.e. WCAG 2.1 AA compliant).

We can test elearning compliance with SCORM, xAPI or cmi5. To ensure it works on a wide range of LMS platforms.

We offer a range of 2nd and 3rd-line support services starting from annual contracts with dedicated time of 4, 8, 12 hours or more. Support is available every weekday 9 am to 5 pm, with guaranteed incident response times and service level agreements.

Our support service includes - performance monitoring of applications and infrastructure to measure and alert on key performance metrics; a named account manager who you can contact, should you need to, to escalate any issues or make any general enquiries; ticketing system, email, web video calls and telephone support up to the number of hours specified in your contract. Extra hours are then available at an additional cost; support contracts with SLAs and response times.
