- We proactively integrate security governance into our business operations, underpinned by established policies and industry frameworks, and maintain a dynamic, strategic yearly roadmap for risk remediation and control implementations. Through continuous audits, monitoring, and staff training, we ensure ongoing improvement, while regularly refining our practices to stay aligned with evolving standards and threats, thereby fostering a vigilant and responsive security posture organization-wide.
Operational security
- Configuration and change management standard
- Conforms to a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v3.0 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
- Configuration and change management approach
- Our change management policy ensures IT changes are safe and efficient, emphasizing trust, risk assessment, and clear communication. We use version control for robust testing and follow a structured path from development to staging to production. This process, along with strict security and operational readiness reviews and tests, maintains system stability while allowing for quick responses to urgent unplanned changes.
- Vulnerability management type
- Conforms to a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v3.0 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
- Vulnerability management approach
- Our vulnerability management process is designed to identify, analyze, prioritize, and remediate cybersecurity threats efficiently. We assess potential threats through a combination of vulnerability scanning tools (Rapid7, AWS inspector, Snyk and more), threat intelligence feeds, and external reports, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of potential risks. Patches are deployed rapidly, adhering to our SOP which mandates specific time frames for remediation based on the severity of the vulnerability.
- Protective monitoring type
- Conforms to a recognised standard, for example CSA CCM v3.0 or SSAE-16 / ISAE 3402
- Protective monitoring approach
- Our monitoring systems, including SIEM, IDS, and EDR, swiftly identify potential security breaches. Our Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) categorizes the incident based on its severity and impact, and immediately initiates containment, eradication, and recovery procedures as per our detailed Incident Response Plan. Critical issues are tackled within an hour to reduce impact. Our methodical approach and incident categorization ensure efficient, effective responses.

Fighting climate change
RippleDown Coding is a complete digital solution that connects to the PAS/EMR enabling digital workflows. These digital workflows allow for significant workflow efficiencies while also reducing carbon footprint as they:
*are paperless contributing to minimising the use of non-renewable materials.
*minimise the requirement for unnecessary re-coding/re-work and the subsequent use of additional non-renewable materials and resources.
By minimising the use of non-renewable materials and additional resources, RippleDown Coding reduces carbon footprint and ultimately contributes to fighting climate change.Covid-19 recovery
RippleDown Coding can create and automate coding outputs at scale. Utilising RippleDown Coding can enable the client's coding teams to potentially create and automate Covid-19 coding workflows and reporting and ultimately enabling for improved reporting and monitoring contributing to Covid-19 recovery.
Moreover, RippleDown Coding as an online digital accessible application, supporting remote and virtual/hybrid working models (if required) enabling effective social distancing and ultimately contributing to Covid-19 recovery.Tackling economic inequality
RippleDown Coding minimises the need for unnecessary re-work/re-coding though digital automation while also automating reporting.
RippleDown Coding supports the accuracy and specificity of clinical coded data across an organisation's population data set which is critical for efficient resource allocation, improved access to healthcare services, public health initiatives and policy making to improve health equity.Equal opportunity
Beamtree contributes to equal opportunity employment, supports workforce equality and diversity in all forms.Wellbeing
RippleDown Coding can include coding related to hospital acquired complications (HACs) and healthcare associated infections (HAIs). This data and reporting supports hospital quality and safety initiatives in monitoring and decreasing the occurrence of HACs and HAIs. This supports wellbeing by addressing and reducing complications that can occur during hospital stays, through improving patient satisfaction, reducing hospital length of stays, and minimising instances of injury and mortality.
