Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
An online face-to-face training session of approximately two hours is given to the group of Trust Administrators. This covers the functionality of the system as well as tips on getting most from the system and a discussion on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the vaccination campaign.

End-of-contract data extraction
All data is held on UK mainland approved and compliant servers (Microsoft Azure for Healthcare)
When the software licence agreement ends clients can download all data from the software to local storage and then all data held by QHS is erased.
Proof of data destruction will be supplied by QHS to clients.
Software will be inoperable at the end of the contract period.
End-of-contract process
Access to the software platform is turned off for users and accounts closed. There are no additional costs.
