Support levels
Support is provided for workflow automation solutions that are designed and implemented on a bespoke, client-specific basis. Support channels, including email, telephone and web-based support, are agreed per engagement and aligned to the workflows, integrations and user groups supported.

During the agreed support period, buyers have access to named specialists familiar with the specific workflows, business rules and automation components delivered. Support covers workflow behaviour, configuration queries, integration issues and user access related to the implemented solution.

Support levels, availability and response times are defined as part of the engagement and reflect the scale and operational importance of the workflows delivered. Support may include purpose-built support features, such as in-application messaging or workflow monitoring views, where appropriate.

The service does not provide a generic helpdesk or standardised support model. Support is limited to the workflows delivered as part of the service and does not include wider application support or ongoing managed services unless explicitly agreed.
